Where to turn to when you can’t reach an agreement

First Title Services now offers Arbitration services in Mexico.  We always recommend to our clients that they try to work out their differences directly with the affected parties, but sometimes that doesn’t work.  At that point, as long as both parties are willing to agree contractually to binding arbitration, their issues can be arbitrated.

The costs will be much less than going to court and the time it takes to resolve the dispute can be dramatically reduced.  In Mexico, arbitration would work very much like it would in the United States.  First we would ascertain whether or not we have any bias towards one side of the dispute.  If we do not and both parties have agreed to use arbitration, then one of our attorneys would be assigned to the case to receive the facts of the case from both sides and after their review they would reach a legally binding decision based on the federal, state and city laws that govern the specific situation in México.
