In addition, we’ve heard all the horror stories regarding construction and don’t want you to become one of them.  Whether you are building your dream home, commercial center or your new industrial park, it’s important to operate like a professional in Mexico.  This means that funds are not released until milestones in construction are met.  In order to successfully accomplish this, we recommend sitting down with our team of experts to review your construction plans with your builder and our engineers to agree on construction milestones.  These accomplishments must be discussed up front as some items need to be accomplished at the same time while other items are being worked on or ordered.  If this project plan is not carefully put together, you will end of with delays as fund are not released in time or funds get released early.

Fund control can also involve quality control inspections like you might be used to in the United States.  This process will slow down the overall project but the end result will be closer to your original expectations.  This involves all parties sitting down at the beginning of the project to review the material and construction specifications that are to be used in each step of the project and we will then be responsible for the inspections during the construction process.  This can be tied into the milestones of accomplishment for the release of funds.
