First Title Services continues to listen to it's customers.  After numerous requests for us to offer an HOA management service, we have finally put together the team and the tools needed to make this a reality.  We are always focused on giving our clients great service for a resonable fee so with the addition of our newest services, First Title Services is now able to provide your Condominium Project a full suite of HOA services. 

We understand that buyer's purchase property in Mexico many times as a second home.  Therefore, they are not able to be at the property full time and just want the property to be kept in mint condition so that upon their return, EVERYTHING is working the way it should.  In order to make this happen, First Title Services, utilizes the lates in technology to allow it's customers the ability to receive the following services:

• Online Bill Payment and Statement Reviews
• Online document retrieval (Condo Regime Documents, Federal Zone Concession, Annual Budgets, etc.)
• Submit "Issues and To-do's" online 7/24
• Community Forums
• Monthly HOA meetings
• Take and post meeting minutes
• Monthly Newsletter
• Track Maintenance and Repair Records
• Track Association Issues
• Oversee the management of all services (Security, Maintenance, Pool/Spa, etc.)
