First Title Services is a Mexican Corporation with over 40 years of Title, Escrow and Real Estate experience in both the United States and Mexico. The company was created to give foreigners a safe place to formalize their real estate transactions where they can be confident that a seasoned team of professionals are guiding them through the complicated closing process.
First Title Services began back in late 2004 when its two founding partners saw the need for real estate services in Mexico. Since the beginning, our in-house team of professionals has grown to become the most seasoned group of real estate attorneys in Baja California which constantly look to educate our clients as we believe that an educated client is a good client. Our first office opened in the summer of 2006 in the world famous lobster town of Puerto Nuevo, just south of Rosarito Beach, Mexico. This location was chosen because it is ideally located between the cities of Ensenada and Tijuana. Our office also provides the latest in technology with state of the art computer systems, conference rooms and office equipment.
The President, Ross E. Buck served as the President of the Rosarito Beach Real Estate Association and worked hard to help the industry focus on; standardizing it's practices, the continuing education for it's members, a monthly caravan to view the active listings and also helped to raise over $10,000.00 (US Dollars) for local charities. He had the opportunity to get very involved with the city government and helped to raise awareness of how the private sector and the government can work together. This was accomplished by holding the first ever clean the city program called, "Yo Amo Rosarito" (I Love Rosarito) where local businesses, associations and the city pulled together to clean the city of Rosarito Beach. |
