FIRST TITLE SERVICES CREATES THE FIRST EVER “APPROVED LISTING PROGRAM” FOR MEXICO

APRIL 4, 2011 - Rosarito Beach, Mexico – As foreigners begin to return to Baja California, First Title Services is ready to help them safely buy real estate.  Created with the idea that not all listings are “good” listings, First Title Services has created the first ever “Approved Listing Program” to certify that the property has all paperwork in order so that it is ready to be sold.
