FIRST TITLE SERVICES LEADS THE CHARGE BACK TO THE BEACH

September 26, 2010 - ROSARITO BEACH, Mexico - The weather gods were certainly shining on Rosarito Beach last Sunday as thousands of families came out to the beach for the second annual Baja Sand and Sun Fest.  As the head of the committee to organize the event from the real estate association (AMPI), Ross E. Buck and his amazing committee were overjoyed with the turnout to the event.  Close to 10,000 people came out to the beach in front of the Rosarito Beach Hotel to enjoy a family friendly day complete with a sand castle competition, surf contest and youth artistic painting competition.  Over 30 families arrived at 10:00 am to start the construction of their masterpieces.  "What an amazing day of great food, live music, world class surfing and some incredible sand sculptures.  The weather, the waves, the fun, it was certainly a day to remember.  It's great to see so many groups work together to bring such a great event to Rosarito Beach.", said Ross E. Buck.  Next year it's rumored that the event will be competing to take the Guinness Book of World Records for the tallest sand castle in the world.
